Constrovet provides project cost auditing services which require the ingestion of highly sensitive financial, schedule, and procurement data. We utilize bank-level encryption (AES-256) both in transit and at rest to ensure that your project baseline data and actuals are completely secure.
2. Use of Data for Audit Purposes
The data ingested (including but not limited to material logs, labor hours, ESG metrics, and carbon tracking data) is used exclusively to calculate schedule slippage, cost leakage, and generate your 7/30/90 day executive action plans. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary project data with third parties.
3. NGT & Compliance Reporting
Reports generated regarding ESG compliance and potential National Green Tribunal (NGT) notice risks are kept strictly confidential between Constrovet and the authorized user/financier.
4. Access & Retention
Users have the right to request full deletion of their project audit data at any time. Upon contract termination or request, all ingested data and generated leakage reports are permanently scrubbed from our active servers within 30 days.
