Overview
Constrovet turns project records into cited findings on cost, delay, and ESG — decisions get made on evidence, not assumption. That review is grounded in your project's decision framework and baseline documents: contracts, budgets, schedules, approvals, policies, and standards. These documents are prepared once per project and then revised under version control (R0 → R1 → R2…) rather than replaced daily.
Today: Constrovet accepts PDF and CSV files containing daily and weekly progress evidence only (DPR, site reports, RA bills, cost reconciliations, invoices, delay trackers). Reference documents are not yet ingested.
Next: Use this checklist to prepare baseline documents in advance. Familiarize your team with the document types and naming conventions below.
A project that never establishes this baseline cannot distinguish a real overrun from normal variance, cannot support a financier's or insurer's risk review, and has no defensible record if a dispute reaches arbitration. The baseline is not paperwork — it is the only thing that turns a finding into evidence.
